This 128 fl oz (1 gallon) bottle has a 63-400 neck finish, handle, label indent to protect your label, and an offset neck to make pouring easier. It is manufactured using a process called co-extrusion, which produces a multilayer bottle. This process has the advantage of allowing the polypropylene resin to retain its wide product compatibility and moisture barrier properties and offers your filler the ability to sterilize the bottle, including radiation methods, and hot fill food products at temperatures up to 205 degrees Fahrenheit. This bottle is intended for packaging hot-filled food products including salsa, ketchup, and barbecue sauce. Great for club-size retail sales and for using to refill a smaller bottle at home.
